Buying Administrator

Job Type: Permanent

Hours: Full Time, 08.30-17.00


Required Experience:

Administrative experience, ideally minimum 3 years and preferably in an office environment

We now have an opportunity to join our young, driven, ambitious team in Cambridge. Working as part of our customer service and sales team. This role will involve dealing directly with the customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face, ensuring that customer enquiries and queries are responded to and resolved promptly and efficiently.

Experience of working in a fast-paced environment is essential along with strong organizational and selling skills and a meticulous eye for detail.


Your responsibilities: 

  • Management of Sampling (Country of Origin in to UK)
  • Range plan Preparation – Data Entry
  • Product Set Up: Importing Product Data; Raising PO’s & managing Product information
  • Christmas Collection: Prepare and manage Sampling & Range plan
  • Competitor Research: Wholesale & Retail
  • Preparing Product Mood Boards
  • Assisting the Buying Team, as required, on a day to day basis

  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a pressured environment
  • Diplomacy under pressure
  • Intermediate Microsoft Skills – intermediate Excel essential
  • An interest in Product and Retail
